These terms govern your use of nervecoachmina.com and any services provided by The Peripheral Nerve Coach LLC ("Nerve Coach Mina", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Palm Beach, Florida, USA. By using this website, booking an appointment, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

1. Services We Offer

We provide:

• In-person physiotherapy and acupuncture at our Squamish, BC clinic.
• Online consultations for chronic nerve pain assessment and coaching.
• Self-paced and group programs for nerve pain education and recovery.
• Educational content including assessments, articles, and downloadable guides.

In-person physiotherapy and IMS dry needling are delivered by a registered physiotherapist regulated by the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia. TCM acupuncture is delivered by a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac. TCM). Online programs and educational content are available globally but are not a substitute for in-person care in your jurisdiction.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The information on this website and in our programs is for educational and supportive purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for the advice of your physician or qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your own healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, medication, supplement, or exercise program.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

3. Booking, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments are booked through our online scheduling platform. The following policies apply:

• In-person appointments (Squamish, BC): Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be charged a late cancellation fee of up to the full session rate.
• Online consultations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged in full.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to twice without penalty, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice each time.
• Emergencies: We handle genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@nervecoachmina.com.

4. Programs and Payments

• Program pricing, inclusions, and duration are described at the point of enrollment.
• Some of our programs may include a short enrollment questionnaire to ensure the program is the right fit for your situation.
• Payments are processed by Stripe (card) or by Zelle / e-transfer where indicated.
• Credit card payments include an administrative surcharge of 3.5% to cover processing fees. This is disclosed at checkout. Zelle, Interac e-transfer, and bank transfer have no such fee.
• Refund policies are communicated during enrollment. Where no refund policy is specified, completed sessions and downloaded materials are non-refundable.

5. Scope of Services (Online vs. In-Person)

Important: Nerve Coach Mina is an educational coaching program. Content and programs offered online are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your care. In-person clinical services — including physiotherapy, dry needling/IMS, and TCM acupuncture — are available at our Squamish, BC clinic. US and international clients are welcome to travel to Squamish for in-person care.

6. Shop and Third-Party Products

Our shop links to Fullscript (via nervecoachmina.com) for practitioner-grade supplements and to Get Healthy for health products. These are independent third parties with their own terms, pricing, shipping, and refund policies. We are not responsible for the fulfillment or quality of products purchased through them, though we will help mediate any issue with our partners.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs — including text, video, images, assessments, protocols, and the Assess → Calm → Restore framework — is the intellectual property of Nerve Coach Mina and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal recovery, but reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account in our patient portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nerve Coach Mina and its principals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, programs, or third-party services linked from this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein. Disputes arising from online programs and educational services will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

In-person physiotherapy and acupuncture services provided at our Squamish, BC clinic are governed separately by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes arising solely from in-person clinical services will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
